Directions to Casa Regina.
When you arrive, we would like to introduce you to the house, and show you the amenities
The best way is to come to our B&B, Cascina Valgranocchio, which is 12 kilometers from Asti, which is on the Autostrada A 21 that runs between Alessandria and Torino. Wherever you are, you need to get onto this Autostrada, either from Milano, Turino or Geneva.
Coming from Alessandria, once on this Autostrada, keep on it until you exit at Felizzano, where there is an automatic toll gate. Have some Euro’s ready, it takes notes as well as coins. If coming from Torino, go past the Asti Est(East ) and Ovest(west) and continue until you get to the Felizzano exit.
After paying, continue on until you get to a T intersection, about 1 kilometer, where you turn right, heading towards Asti.
After about another kilometer, you will see a blue sign on your right pointing to Refrancore. Take this right turn for about 4 kilometers, passing through Piepasso and then when you get to Arrobbia, you will see a sign pointing to Refrancore on your left. Take this until you get to a roundabout, about 3 kilometers, turn right at the roundabout and continue for about 1 kilometer until you get to the first (and only) stop sign. You are now in Refrancore. Turn right at the stop sign, between the two buildings.
Follow this bending road for about 300 meters, you will hit a T junction. Turn right, then take the first left, about 100 meters.
Follow this winding road until you see a sign saying Montemagno, or Vespollaro pointing left. Take this turn, and our place is the first house on the right hand side you can see from the road. About half a kilometer. It is a yellow house on a slight hill.
If you are coming from Asti, you must get onto the SS10, the road that runs from Torino thru Asti to Alessandria. On this road, when you pass by the roundabout leading onto the A21 Autostrada, keep on the SS10 for about 2.25 K, you will see a sign saying Refrancore on your left, take that.
After about another 2 K, you will see a sign again saying Refrancore on your
right, take that and about 4.5 Ks you will be in Refrancore.
You will see a bar in the small piazza on your right, but do not continue on, take the small street directly ahead, (slightly to the left, make sure you indicate) between two buildings. Follow this for about 200 meters, you will hit a T junction. Turn right, then take the first left, about 100 meters.
Follow this winding road until you see a sign saying Montemagno, or Vespollaro pointing left. Take this turn, and our place is the first on the right hand side you can see from the road. About ˝ a kilometer.

If you are using a GPS system, put in Vespollaro in Piedmonte. It is a very small hamlet (about 8 houses in total) close to the B&B.
